Outbursts of Emotion

It's the 'day to day' stuff of work and health with the Sun in Sagittarius at the start. As Venus also slips into the fiery sign of the Centaur, social or romantic life will feature in the mundane doings as you deal with the public or socialize for business reasons. Find the right mix of business and pleasure. Negotiations are favoured. Watch the Full Moon in Gemini on Dec 2 though, as there will be outbursts of emotion or talk that will leave you fatigued or feeling flummoxed. Someone will express views or ideas that'll catch you out. Home or family issues will have potent or defining solutions. Dec 5 brings talk to the arena and you'll need to listen while someone close lays the cards on the table. A defining point of change will emerge from an intense meeting or discussion. Legal people or experts may come in on financial matters to show the way or initiate action.

Dec 14 brings stresses or unexpected events in dealings with overseas links, study, legal matters or in-laws. Hitches with communications will either pass as quickly as they came or turn things round. A new program, perhaps a fresh start, in matters of work or health will come with a New Moon in Sagittarius on Dec 16. The doings of associates or co-workers will be tied up in the parcel of change. More shivers or shifts in daily routine can be expected, especially in the social side on Dec 20. On the same day, warrior Mars hits reverse gear so you'll need to be watchful and strategic over money and spending. Get an idea as to where you stand and what you have, not taking anything as read. Don't push at obstructions. Work around them or wait patiently.

Partnership comes into the frame, as Dec 21 brings the Solstice and the Sun to Capricorn. Find the boundary or dividing line with close relations but don't buy a pipe dream, as others will have reasons or dreams that aren't yours. Don't risk money in joint or partnership ventures. Just after Christmas, Mercury, the divine Messenger, hits reverse gear on Dec 26, bringing legal disruptions and confusion in partnership matters in coming weeks. A Lunar Eclipse on New Year's Eve in your sign will leave you tired, as a personal cycle ends or hits disruption. Look for departures.

Mercury Retrograde

Dec 5 brings Mercury to Capricorn, joining Pluto. You'll need to listen, as the words will come from the other side of the table, with some intensity, putting decisions, delays or constraints there to be dealt with. You'll deal with a strong or obsessive person, or you'll talk business but not get an easy hearing. While other influences will cut against it, Dec 24 brings positive connections that could alter the picture. Dec 26 sees Mercury hit reverse, retracing steps or weeding out communication concerns. Serving It Up

Dec 1 brings Venus to Sagittarius, bringing social or romantic contact through work or daily routines. Prepare to negotiate over money or conditions. A female will make her presence felt with a work or health concern. Disruption or upset arises around Dec 20, but let the dust settle before you make decisions. Christmas Day brings Venus to Capricorn, joining dark Pluto and squaring stern Saturn. Tests, delays or an absence in relations or finance will follow.

Mars Retrograde

Mars is in Leo from the start, set for a long stay and due to hit reverse on Dec 20. Look at personal spending, with a view to revising strategies or practices, due either to a slowdown or a change of circumstances with income or finance. There'll be frustration or delay getting your hands on what's yours, moneywise, or you'll argue over money, with a male especially. Prepare for a change, reversal or delay with physical activity that affects income or spending. You may not be able to initiate a new action cycle with the dollars, thus bringing frustration. You may have to work overly hard for a dollar, or just be prevented from getting it. Be patient and alter your approach. A shift in circumstances will call for new management practice.
