Social Life

With the Sun in Scorpio, friends, groups or community interests are in the frame. The Full Moon in Taurus on Nov 2 will bring some push and pull or excitement in lifestyle or romantic interests as they clash with social obligations. You'll deal with high emotion in a friend or lover, but be ready for a shock or a revelation over money, or some kind of hidden activity. Let the dust settle before you move in and mop up. Take stock of the situation on Nov 5 and make sure that either you or the person you're talking to can see things clearly. Self-concern will prove to be a problem.

Social life through friends or groups will take a lift as Venus hits Scorpio on Nov 8. Avoid any indulgence through extravagance or overreaction. You need a change of thinking where money is concerned on Nov 10 and 11, so don't give way to confusion or deception. Get the good oil through a detached point of view.

In the midmonth, financial practices or circumstances will be under question and there'll be potent dealings with authority or choices with career or professional responsibility. Saturn in Libra clashes with Pluto in your sign on Nov 15, grinding the cosmic gears so you'll pick up the mechanism of your direction or career and shift it round in accord with need or a new initiative. Respond to pressure by applying it. Nov 16 sees a shift to the inner life as Mercury hits Sagittarius, but a New Moon in Scorpio the same day will launch a new cycle with friends or groups. Take care you don't act out from the base of unrealistic expectations, or a sense of disappointment.

There'll be a frisson or an erotic charge in the company of friends or social groups on Nov 18, but don't let impulse mislead you. Watch your spending as well. Nov 20 favours meetings or contacts, but just pace yourself gently from Nov 22 as the Sun rolls into Sagittarius and your solar twelfth house. The best plans will take both time and thought to put into action. Love and money will be confusing or misleading in the last week, so don't make any wild forays. A sudden eruption or a snap decision by someone else may catch you out on Nov 30.

Drawing In

There'll be plenty to talk about with friends with Mercury in Scorpio at the start, but whether you'll get anywhere is another matter. Confusion, differing ideas or indecision may trouble the airwaves. Take a new perspective or a detached point of view and let it all flow until you see the way in or out. Mercury hits Sagittarius on Nov 16, drawing you inwards but giving time to reflect wisely, put expert advice to work, or conjure a scheme. Creative or spiritual interests are favoured. As the month ends, keep a weather eye on reactions from others as they'll catch you out. A business deal or communication will come and go at speed.

The Outward Spiral

With Venus in Libra at the start, expect social or professional duties to wind up, but Nov 8 sees the goddess into Scorpio, opening the door on social activity with friends or groups, and a rush of romantic fervour for some. Go with the flow until Nov 18, but take a little care right then, as the momentary impulse may lead nowhere at all. Social or romantic tension will run high. In the last week, it's a matter of defining what you really want with love or money. It'll be easy to be extravagant or just drift, but ask yourself, what's the juice you really enjoy?

Which Way to Jump

With Mars in Leo for the month, you'll feel an urge or inclination to go for it, push boundaries or secretly slip up to warp ten speed. However, as Mars is set to reverse next month, you'll be better off applying restraints in love or money until you've sorted out what can really be gained from what you're planning to do. If someone is secretly acting against you, give them room to trip over their own feet. You may tussle with males over a hidden agenda, or find that others are running their own secret plans. Someone else's secret affair may affect you.
