Focus on Career and Public Image

With the Sun in Libra, the focus is on your career, responsibilities or dealings with authority, heralding a new era, as Saturn sets himself to turn the page of history later on. Oct 4 brings a Full Moon in Aries, stirring emotion with home or family and pulling people together or apart. Let off steam, let the dust settle and enjoy food or family fun. Communications or news from afar or on a legal matter will surprise or bring the unexpected. The atmosphere is uneasy on Oct 7, but serious consideration will be important. Wait for a decision or contact. The actions of others bring back a past or outstanding concern on Oct 9. Consultation and the big picture will bring a remedy or an understanding. Unusual people or situations will feature.

The focus changes as Mercury hits Libra on Oct 10, squaring Pluto. There'll be testing talk or negotiations and you'll have to use the sharp edge to sort things out or get them to happen. Whichever way it goes, there'll be a cost. Muster support or organise the activity of others to get things done or meet requirements. There'll be advances with money or distant contacts from Oct 13, as Jupiter moves forward, pushing through the barrier of delay. Venus glides to Libra on Oct 14, tested by Pluto. Relationships, love or money will be fraught with drama or intensity. Love and duty won't mix and, whatever decision you make, there'll be a cost. Forceful or intractable people will feature, especially females.

You'll surge into new climes with love or money at the business end on Oct 16 and a New Moon in Libra on Oct 18 will bring a new start with career or responsibility, turning the page. Friends or groups feature, as the Sun enters Scorpio on Oct 23, followed by Mercury on Oct 28. Talk or meetings will seal a deal, or open lines of contact. Oct 30 sees a new foundation with career or responsibility as Saturn rolls into Libra. There'll be new links to support and new tasks to challenge. Have a happy Halloween!

Mercury recovers lost ground in Virgo, unsettling, reconfiguring and planning with study, legal matters or travel. Oct 4 is changeable while Oct 7 brings decisions or the stern communiquŽ. Oct 10 sees the messenger in Libra, clashing with Pluto. Avoid religious or political small talk and, if you take on a legal matter, expect a battle. It'll be the same with the in-laws. Roll on with responsibility or organisation until Mercury hits Scorpio on Oct 28 and you forge a new line of communication that will help to set your plans in place then put them into action.

Hit the ground running with career or authority on Oct 14 as Venus hits Libra, clashing with Pluto. Relations or negotiations will be intense. If love mixes with career or duty, it'll cost. Deal with rivals, follow up on suitors or pursuit, especially on Oct 9 when you can lay to rest a past matter or resolve outstanding difficulty. A feisty or energetic male will feature. From there, follow a plan, deal with communication, attend to study and you'll have the result you're seeking via the action or response of others. On Oct 16, Mars rolls into Leo, pushing you into the plunge pool of deep dealings over love or money, where action will have hidden consequences. You'll want to shift boundaries, but how far? Vigour and perception are the alchemy, but be clear about motives or hidden desires in yourself and in those you deal with.
