As the month begins, Venus and Jupiter in Capricorn grace your house of communication, bringing fortunate contacts or an opportunity. You'll have luck or a lucky encounter. You'll deal with someone educated or extravagant. The meeting of Sun and Mars on Dec 4 urges you to take charge of finance and set up new streams of income. Vigorous work will bring the money you seek. Avoid clashes over spending. Dec 5 and 6 will bring tension with the cost of lifestyle. You'll hit a brick wall or have a payment delay. Wait for this to pass, as Dec 7 brings a benign mood. Home or family will bring gatherings, purchases or guests at this time. There'll be tension and fireworks from Dec 10 and 11 as Uranus grapples with Sun and Mars. Be scrupulous with costs or spending and take care if you're involved in sport or vigorous activity. A romantic encounter will come and go at speed.

The full moon in Gemini on Dec 12 highlights joint finances or obligations, revealing the state of things. There'll be rapid communications or realisations. Mercury slips into Capricorn, joining Pluto at this time. The exchange of information or ideas will be intense. You'll be on the brink of something new with business or communication. The possibilities will call you on though not all the experts will agree. You'll encounter delay or difficult officials. Keep your mood high and work persistently.

The Solstice brings the Sun to Capricorn on Dec 21, joining with Pluto. Intense effort or exchanges will follow, bringing an end and a new start. New associations will be highlighted as the new moon comes in Capricorn on Dec 27, just as Mars powers you for action. Good news or beneficial talks will sweep you into the New Year.

Build Up

On Dec 5, Mercury clashes with Uranus, stirring up problems with communication involving lifestyle, romance or recreation. To fulfil one thing, you'll have to flag another. There will be delay or obstacles with groups or friends. The mood improves by Dec 7. The messenger slips into Capricorn on Dec 12, joining Pluto. There'll be intense exchanges or negotiations.
