Partners in the Frame

With the Sun in Scorpio, partners or close associates are in the frame, whilst a Full Moon in your sign on Nov 2 will bring matters to a head, with concerns over love or money. Change will come out of confusion or uncertainty, so make sure you don't get the wrong end of the stick or jump the wrong way on impulse. If there is something to be talked through, talk it through. Grace will be there but you'll have to work on the clarity.

Nov 5 will push you with communications, as you may not see someone else's point of view or they may not see yours. Social or romantic life takes a lift through others as Venus glides to Scorpio on Nov 8. The charge is on but there'll be exaggerations or extravagance, so be cool until you get the gist of what's going on. The next few days will bring high impact encounters, so apply the tangential solution rather than crashing into things. The professional arena is rife with strong contacts but also strong opinions. Don't let career 'career'!

On Nov 11, a break or change will bring a new connection but you'll have to rethink how you do things or relate. Tension is at an all time high on Nov 15 as Saturn in Libra clashes with Pluto in Capricorn, a turning point with future directions in work or health. There'll be transforming change and intense or dramatic encounters. Nov 16 brings discussion about fiscals and resources, a new but tentative start in close relations and feelings of uncertainty. Sweep away clouds of confusion and make a clear decision by talking with co-workers or authorities. There'll be a frisson in social or romantic life on Nov 18. Don't jump the wrong way or tread on toes.

Friends and overseas connections will bring support on Nov 20 while Nov 22 brings the Sun to Sagittarius, focusing on the business of finance. From there, it's all high risk if you're overly hopeful or let idealism reign. Be clear in negotiations, accept disappointment and stick with the highest principles.

Taking the Measure

Mercury in Scorpio will test you first up with a cycle of reactions, oppositions and confusion about who's saying what to whom. Pick your way carefully through the minefield and incline towards measured perception, not haste. Strong realisations will come from November 10, as long as you are prepared to turn your thinking around or shift your perspective. Avoid strong decisions on November 11. November 16 brings Mercury to Sagittarius, setting the ground for straight talk and practical decisions, especially where work and money are involved. As the month ends, a friend may surprise or make an extraordinary proposal.

Sweet Venus

Social skills or charm will add to the mix of work-related dealings or practical encounters at first. You'll mix with unusual or artistic people. Enjoy, but keep the edge of your judgement honed. Nov 8 brings Venus to Scorpio, ready to make whoopee with Pluto. Romance or finance will be charged with heat or with powerful links; enjoy something steamy! However, drop back a notch on Nov 18, as you'll push too hard, tread on toes or act on impulse. Don't organise a party at home. The last week sees clashes, disillusion or small disappointments that will unexpectedly bounce you into a better space or uplifting company. Something is brewing, but don't jump too soon. If you're in love, go all out for romance.

One Foot in Front of the Other

With Mars in Leo, action on the home front is in the frame. There will be work, feisty or erotic feelings, testy males or vigorous routines. Take it all in good part and don't fight reality; put one foot in front of the other to get through. Mars is slowing towards a retrograde next month, so you're likely to hit obstacles, delays or opposition. Be patient, but bullishly determined. You may be working from home, or working on the home. Take care with safety if this is so. If you're testy, work it off with vigorous exercise, a pillow fight, or some horizontal folk-dancing.
