Clinton & America
One giant step for a man, and one very small step for mankind!
Welcome to the first edition of AstroZine. Our new online publication focuses on the influence of astrology and how events can be interpreted, understood and even predicted using skilled astrological techniques.
This issue of AstroZine looks at the Clinton Affair. We expose the astrological basis for the unfolding series of extraordinary, even unbelievable, blunders, gaffs, deceptions, brazen falsehoods and other "trivialities" that have so obsessed the media and bored the public to death since President Clinton began his present odyssey of sexual misdemeanours, denials, apologies and eventual self-destruction.
In Clinton's case, the major aspect pattern presents a dominant theme depicted by his solar return. Activating innate weaknesses in his natal chart and stresses in his progressed chart, it suggests, among other things, an involvement in scandals and betrayals which will lead to his downfall through circumstances beyond his control. This configuration was triggered in late July by an unusual series of lunations in combination with the planetary stations of Mercury and other transits. Astrologer Ian Thurnwald examines Bill Clinton's solar return chart in the light of scandal brought on by current eclipses and retrograde planets.

AstroZine features analysis by leading astrologers of current major stories from the political, financial, or cultural arenas.
Since these take time to analyse and create, AstroZine will present each new edition as material comes to hand.
However, major editions will always coincide with the primary astrological festivals. These are the solstices and equinoxes, which align with seasonal changes marked out by the four cardinal points on the calendar (spring, summer, autumn (fall) and winter).
