THE CLINTON AFFAIRHis Year Ahead: August 1998 to August 1999Bill Clinton is a Leo, with Moon in Taurus and Libra rising. He had his 52nd birthday on August 19th, 1998. As usual, the influence of the annual solar return began to kick in about one month before the actual birthday.Bill Clinton's precessed solar return chart contains significant planetary configurations: Neptune on the Ascendant opposing Moon/Mars on the Descendant with both poles of the opposition in square aspect to Saturn in the 3rd house. From about mid-July we started to see how this particular combination of planetary energies will affect the President, both in his personal life and his public role over the year. In Clinton's case, the major aspect pattern presents a dominant theme depicted by his solar return. It suggests, among other things, an involvement in scandals. This configuration was triggered in late July by an unusual series of lunations in combination with the planetary stations of Mercury and other transits. |
