The book of rulerships is a masterwork of ancient astrology that credits the Scorpion with the powers of black magic and sorcery. It also credits the eighth house of deep desires and subconscious drives (your own house), with mysterious powers and an innate gift for the occult. This is all pretty impressive stuff really, isn't it! I suppose that if you plan to put any of this 'powers of darkness' type business to work on April 30th on Walpurgis Eve, then you'll be ruling the world by time the rising sun dispels the demonic presence on the morning of May 1st.
Failing that depressing prospect (and god help us all if it doesn't fail), we can simply return to tracing the story of your tragic life. Since May 2000 when the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Taurus (your opposite sign) cast you into the pit of darkness, nothing has really gone right for you scorpions, has it, especially in regard to partnerships. And as if that wasn't enough, Uranus the awakener and mystic Neptune have had the cheek to wander around in your solar fourth house, disrupting your home life and pushing you to the brink of drug addiction. Oh well, it's always good to try something new, especially for someone as stubborn and opinionated as you are.
Now, after last month's devastating (but entirely predictable) coup at your last place of employment, you're seething over your temporary contract at the funeral directors. There you sit plotting revenge on the world and planning a marketing campaign about dead people, hardly a surprise with Jupiter and Saturn in Gemini and your solar eighth house. And, in addition to all that, you're now sitting at your desk, listening to some insufferable teenage Gemini or Aquarian on the other end of the phone rave about the wonders of e-commerce. There could be no more tragic fate for a scorpion than to have to put up with the stupidity of everyone in general (you don't suffer fools gladly), but with people born under air signs it's particularly galling! Don't they just go on about nothing! Wouldn't you like to kill them? Perhaps you should include a few these Internet millionaires on your hit list! It's worth thinking about.
In the meantime, the merry month of May begins with the great Sol Invicti and Mercury the messenger in Taurus and your solar seventh house of partnership. And, as the great Sol Invicti is moving away from a square to mystic Neptune in Aquarius and your solar fourth house, there'll probably be confusion and deception at home, and some scheming and the considerable use of intoxicants in regard to relationship matters. And you'll have further difficulties with partners. Business as usual, really!
However, with Venus the goddess in Aries and your solar sixth house harmonizing with Saturn, the lord of fateful reward in Gemini and your solar eighth house, work matters will really begin to move ahead for you. This is especially so if you're contemplating deception or embezzlement in any joint ventures you're involved with. When the Mercury messenger slips into Gemini on May 6th, joining with Saturn, and Venus moves into tension with the Lunar Nodes, it'll be time to make your move. Then when the FULL MOON comes in your sign on May 7th and your shoddy tricks are finally exposed, you can cleverly shift the blame onto the partner you've been having all of these difficulties with. With her/him in disgrace or in jail or both, you'll have a free hand to strike back at those who have done you wrong. Exciting, isn't it! Mighty Mars the warrior turns retrograde in Sagittarius and your solar second house of finances on May 12th. You might be called away on an urgent overseas junket or you might simply spend too much money (as usual) doing what you want to do. Finances will require urgent attention. So, with Pluto opposing Jupiter at this time, you may need to balance your own books with a little light-fingered journey through your employer's accounts. He won't miss what you don't write down, now, will he?
When the great Sol Invicti moves into Gemini on May 21st and is followed by the NEW MOON on May 23rd, your secret plan to exact revenge on all those who have wronged you begins to take shape. There's no use asking me what it is though. You're far too clever at this kind of thing for me to understand what it is that you're doing.
