Blue Moon in Scorpio

The Sun is in Taurus, bringing partners and close associates into focus. However, Mercury slips into Gemini on May 2nd, then clashes with Saturn in Virgo. This will bring problems with money and friends or special projects. Expect some delay or separation and be wary of fiscal involvement with friends. An activity or interest will cost more than anticipated. Those older or in authority will oppose or obstruct a project.

A New Moon in Taurus on May 5th marks a new start in close relations, perhaps a romantic interest. Someone close may set off on a new course. Health or unusual interests take your attention as mystic Neptune joins with the Lunar Nodes. Unusual people or situations will affect home life. Changes in romance will change the feeling at home. Health concerns in the family take your attention. Prepare for a downturn or delay with business or travel arrangements as Jupiter turns retrograde in Capricorn on May 9th. Professional associates will be absent. There'll be a break from studies. Mars fires up in Leo on May 9th, setting new career moves into gear. You'll take new authority, start a new line of activity or deal with a feisty or energetic authority figure. Organizational work will feature, as will dealings with the public. Prepare for difficulty with personal or family relations, mid-month. Someone may be away or heading in a new direction. For some there'll be a split or break with someone close. Judgement in love or money will be awry on May 18th.

May 20th sees a rise in temperature under a Full Moon in your sign, that causes excitement over partners or close associates. You'll go through a change of image or personal style under this Blue Moon. Money and deep dealings are in the frame as the Sun enters Gemini on May 20th. Simplify your involvements or accept delay or limitation as Sun and Saturn clash on May 22nd. The last week of the month will bring fireworks, sudden changes and the presence of the unexpected.

Mercury Retrograde

Mercury plays the trickster, slipping into Gemini on May 2nd, then clashing with Saturn. You'll discuss complex financial matters, but friends and money will make a poor mix. Prepare for delay with money, or a clash with a disagreeable authority. You'll worry or struggle to make the right decision. Make a firm fiscal commitment. Mercury clashes with Uranus in Pisces on May 24th then turns reverse on May 26th. Lifestyle or romance will be costly. There may be delay or troubled communication with your obligations or involvements. Watch safety practices and be careful with spending. A child may be rebellious, difficult or accident-prone.

Ups and Downs

Venus in Taurus brings partners and close associates into focus. However, ups and downs or even a separation of some sort are in the stars mid-month. Unusual or unexpected people or situations will contribute to the change. Watch judgement with love or money on May 18th. A close romance will be sweet, but a risk will make you pay. Avoid entering fiscal agreements at this time. Venus slips into Gemini on May 24th then clashes with Saturn. Friends will be absent and projects may prove costly or be subject to delay. You may spend time in solitude.
