A Mad Affair

There's action in your house of friends, hopes and wishes with the Sun in Virgo. However, with Mercury retrograde in the sign of the Virgin, not all the action will bring what you want or keep you linked up. Friends will be absent at crucial moments, or group activity will be disrupted. Pace yourself and look for a reprieve that will inevitably come. Sep 3 sees support or a good line of contact, even if you can't find what you're looking for. Home life will add to the pot as a warmer atmosphere begins to build.

Sep 8 favours creative or spiritual interests, so don't let frustration spoil the party. Find a way of releasing pent up feelings. You'll come into your own that day, as Venus slips into your sign, highlighting social or romantic life. There'll be purchases, outings or even a mad affair. It might just be the beginning of a shift with social life and friends, as a New Moon comes in Virgo that day as well. Freshen your lines of connection or start something new with like-minded people. If you've been moving ahead in the routines of work or health, slow down and review your progress, giving yourself time to realise where things can go from here.

Sep 12 will bring ease and clarity as Mercury moves forward, clearing the lines of communication or getting you organised with good arrangements and schedules. Next week, there's uncertainty or exaggerated responses but Mars slips into your sign that day, firing you up for action and new ventures. Throw yourself into determined endeavour and sweep away confusion. By Sep 19, big ideas are wandering in the cosmos like butterflies, waiting for you to cast a net and catch them. Something you've missed out on before, or have left incomplete, will find its way back into range. Pick it up and run with it, though Sep 21 will bring obstacles or challenges from interested parties.

The Equinox comes on Sep 23 as the Sun rolls into Libra. The focus will be on work behind the scenes, hidden forces or endeavours of a creative or spiritual nature. A Full Moon in Aries follows, bringing disturbances with your health and working routines. Where are things going? Sep 25 sees the Sun hammer Pluto, pressuring the communications or business side of dealings with friends. You'll be better to develop a scheme with someone you're not personally involved with. Sep 27 will cut people from the drama that's unfolding. More of the responsibility will fall to you, even if it is not apparent to others.

What's Up

Mercury retrograde in Virgo indicates difficulty or delay in your dealings with friends. Someone may be away or uncooperative at a crucial point, and if you have activities in groups or with like-minded people, they may not go according to plan. You'll go through a shift in your practices or ideas. Avoid decisions or crucial discussion on Sep 3 but you can look forward to Sep 12 as Mercury hits forward motion again, clearing the recent run of confusion, delay or misunderstanding. Come back to what you love doing with new skills or renewed vigour.

A Shift of Mood

Uncertainty or a need for privacy or solitude will affect social life. Someone's health (or yours) will keep you from the usual round of dealings. Nonetheless, there's a good feel in the air and any gaps can be filled if you wish it. Sep 8 sees Venus in Scorpio, ramping up your social or romantic life and adding items to the budget for personal purchase. There'll be intense encounters or exchanges and a renewal of feeling or romantic activity with your loved one.

Stepping Up the Pace

Ease or good feeling will dominate as the month begins with Mars in Libra, harmonising with Neptune. You'll incline to creative or spiritual activity or mix with artistic people. However, you may not get as far with your endeavours as you would like. Sep 14 sees Mars surge into your sign, firing up for physical endeavour or the launch of projects or activities.
