Public Focus

With the Sun in Scorpio, the focus is on career, responsibilities or dealings with authority. Hot words, strong action, or quick responses, are needed as a Full Moon hits in Taurus on Nov 2. Strong feelings or excitement will push you towards a re-jig, as far as the balance of home, career or responsibilities and personal life is concerned. Someone close will be angry or frustrated, and someone higher in the food chain will have a bit to say. Let the dust settle, as others won't be able to see your point of view.

Nov 5 will be testing, but Nov 8 will bring a little charm or social skill to the arena, when Venus glides into Scorpio. As others overreact or exaggerate, you can turn on the 'smooth' or work to a subtle plan. A secret ally may assist. The next few days will bring some real push and pull between personal life and your responsibilities. You'll have to adjust or adopt a radical strategy to navigate the flow. However, this may leave you feeling tired or uncertain by the midmonth.

Nov 15 is a landmark date, as Saturn in Libra clashes with Pluto in Capricorn, two cosmic heavyweights wrestling. Hidden forces or latent ability will erupt to the surface to deal with changing events in the wider world, as you broach or attempt to breach new horizons with travel, study, legal matters, or overseas connections. Something has got to give! There'll be talk or meetings with friends on Nov 16 and plans or strong decisions will be in the frame. The same day, a New Moon in Scorpio urges a new start with career or responsibilities, one that sees you drifting into new directions, or perhaps somewhat disillusioned.

A secret deal or a new alliance where money is concerned comes up as Nov 22 brings the Sun to Sagittarius in harmony with Saturn, intensifying the scene with friends, groups or involvement in the wider community. This may involve authority or a position of status. The last week brings a caution over matters of love or money. Don't be misled or give in to an uncertain impulse. There may be small upsets or minor losses. Take a new stance on the dollar as the month ends.

Quicksilver

Stick to the protocol, the duty and the business of organisation as Mercury begins in Scorpio. Things will erupt early on, but at least you'll have followed the rules in the wake of excitement or upset. Do some soothing and smoothing, then re-jig your thinking to adjust to the demands of radical or unusual people or situations. You'll be tired by Nov 11, but Nov 16 will bring a burst of life as Mercury hits Sagittarius, then partners with Saturn. Good plans, good friends and good decisions will complete the picture. Just do the work to put it all in place.

A Touch Exotic

With Venus in Libra first up, exotic dining and companions will grace your table; but the mood quickly moves as Venus hits Scorpio on Nov 8. The mix of business and social, dealings with the public, or the protocol of organised events will all be in the frame and, though there'll be excitement or the thrill of events or people of status, you'll find yourself worn out and perhaps wondering where to go by the end of the month. Take time to recuperate and review. Avoid any little peccadilloes that tempt you; play the business straight throughout.

High Energy

With Mars in Leo and your house of partnership, someone close will be fired up or feisty. A loved one will be hot or vigorously engaged, or you'll find yourself with a suitor, a rival, or an opponent. However, as Mars is set to hit reverse next month, there'll be a slow down or a separation affecting close relations; you'll deal with someone's frustration or inability to get on with the business. You may experience frustration with a partner or a close associate, so watch the temper of close encounters. A frustrated or angry male is in the picture. Nov 18 will be hair-trigger stuff, with plenty or heat in social or sexual encounters. Instinct may mislead.
