This symbol will release stress generated by the 22nd degree of any sign. Simply gaze at the centre of the symbol, with the tip of your tongue touching the top of your mouth (behind the teeth) and ankles crossed, until you feel the stress lifting. If you have an Energy Egg, tap the centre of your forehead three times while looking at the symbol, then do three Weaving Breaths. A Weaving Breath is inhaling once through your nose while looking at the Energy Egg then exhaling through your mouth onto the Energy Egg. This increases the purifying effects of the symbol.
