a new boundary line that marks clearly what you will and won't do
on either side of the fence. Care for children or the elderly may
generate a greater load for some of you. For others, business activity

until September 20th. Concentrate on developing new skills or methods
to improve your working situation. Don't hesitate to learn when

working, change it. If there's a problem, get to the nitty-gritty.
Change your diet. Change your ways. If you get expert advice, follow
it without hesitation. Develop practices to clarify mental and physical
health. Simple is best! Changes in belief may affect your working
life from January to May. There may be dealings with overseas connections
at this time for some, hammering out business deals or contractual

Career Matters
Saturn sets the pace in career matters, introducing twin notes of
wisdom and caution. First, be careful about conflict with the boss

Mercury the Messenger
Mercury moves into retrograde (reverse) motion three times a year
for about three weeks each time. This phase heralds a time of confusion
and misunderstandings that can affect arrangements, travel, transport,
appliances, machinery and communications. The breakdowns that occur
are a function of neglect, inattention, simple misunderstandings
or component failure. They will often bring to the fore the very
contingency we should have planned for and didn't. When the retrograde
phase occurs, watch out for such possibilities as well as putting
off major decision-making or the signing of crucial documents and
agreements. We tend to miss things while Mercury is in reverse motion
and then have to come back and do them again. A process of review
in the retrograde phase can efficiently show where problems might
lie and help us with damage control or the mending of things. Double
check arrangements at these times! What you think you've said and
what others have understood will often prove to be two different
things. Mercury is retrograde
in Sagittarius and your solar ninth house until January 7th. You
may be considering matters with regard to your beliefs. There may
be a legal matter to resolve. Overseas contacts or communications
with people of other nations or cultures may be difficult. Arrangements
about overseas travel may be subject to change. Mercury turns
retrograde in Taurus and your solar second house of finance on April
7th. You may have to review the budget or deal with matters of personal
finance. If you've been overspending, it may catch up with you.
Establish good priorities with spending. Look at what things are
worth in terms of what it takes to earn the cost of them. Make the
dollar value part of a bigger 'value' system. Mercury moves forward
again after May 1st. On August 11th,
Mercury turns retrograde once again, this time in Virgo and your
solar sixth house. You may have to change work routines at short
notice. Work colleagues may be unreliable or unable to fulfill their
duties. Health matters may need attention. Machines or appliances
you rely on for work may be troublesome. Service in advance. Unexpected
events or reversals may affect work or health matters. The true
source of a problem may be hidden from you. There could be an important
realization about how you function. The messenger remains in retrograde
phase until September 3rd. December 1st
sees Mercury's final retrograde phase for the year. This is in Sagittarius
and your solar ninth house of law, religion, philosophy and overseas
travel. You may have to alter travel plans if you're going overseas.
Be flexible. There may be a legal matter that takes time to sort
out. You may have cause to review a study program if you're involved
in one. Otherwise, you may consider study as an option. Communications
with in-laws could be troublesome or confusing. You may need to
review your belief system. Mercury moves forward again on December
21st.
Lady Moon
There are two New Moons for you this year, the first on March 20th
with the Equinox. This is a new start, especially for friendships,
creative expression and developments with regard to communications.
Put effort into the new and it will pay dividends. Extend yourself
but don't over extend your emotional resources. For some, you may
need to limit commitments at home to get what you want. For others,
emotional matters may take your attention from work. Whichever,
way things go, follow through. Your second New
Moon comes on April 19th, bringing a Solar Eclipse. There may be
an end with an activity or direction in your life. This may particularly
affect matters of money or profession as well. You may need to dig
deep to find the way ahead. You may need to take a new level of
authority in what you do. Set a new pattern that marks a clear break
from the problems or troubles of the past. Take especial care with
health matters. Your Full Moon
comes on September 28th, calling attention to matters of partnership
and cooperation. A situation may come to a head with someone close
to you. There may be conflict with a loved one or partner. Don't
let your emotions get the better of you. Listen to what's being
said and work out a solution that takes other points of view into
account. You may need the cooperation of others.
Eclipses
Eclipses of both the Sun and the Moon often indicate the end of
a cycle or a significant change in the direction or pattern of the

of the Sun may affect work, direction and relations with people

and emotions as well as relations with women and children. Both

Eclipse at the Full Moon in Scorpio on May 4th. This may effect
your financial situation, especially as far as joint finances or
resources are concerned. Watch your credit situation or your overdraft
coming into this time. Don't push things so far that something dries
up. This could mark the end of a cycle in financial dealings with
someone with whom you've had shared interests. You domestic situation
may be affected. Dealings with women may be difficult if finance
is involved. A Solar Eclipse
comes with the New Moon in Libra and your solar seventh house of
partnership on October 14th. There may be a break or change with
partners or close associates. Cooperation with another may come
to an end in some way. There may be an end to a cycle with a close
relationship. For some there may be a lift or change for the better
that comes from this. Be careful of exaggerated reactions in partnership
disputes. There is a Lunar
Eclipse at the Full Moon in Taurus on October 28th, blocking the
light in your solar second house of personal money and resources.
You may have to cut back with spending. There may be a change or
fluctuation with regard to income. Seek extra remuneration if it's
needed. Changes in interest rates or your credit situation could
create financial pressure. Prepare for this by being cautious in
