Work and Health

Jupiter in Scorpio has brought a variety of encounters with strong, intense or interesting people and situations. As Jupiter has tested Saturn in Leo, some of these have been less than satisfying or have been marked by unresolved matters from the past. Proceed as planned, Virgo! But expect that life will present you with a few corners you didn't expect to turn.

With the Sun in Aquarius as the month begins, the focus is on work, health and daily routine. Keep your nose to the grindstone. Do what's necessary. As Mercury and the Sun conjoin with Jupiter and square mystic Neptune, you won't always like it or know what it's for, but keep going nonetheless. The way through to the future is by getting the simple and practical things done. Be innovative. Learn to detach yourself from the emotional charge of the situation by just doing what you have to with simple efficiency. Make the crucial choices that keep you on the path you're on.

Feb 13th brings a Full Moon in Leo. This will reveal the nature or purpose of the tasks you've been engaged in. Take a deep breath. Rest. Pay attention to creative and spiritual life. Discussion with partners or close associates is essential. There may be some surprises there. Watch your own health at this time. Be prepared to make a commitment in the long term to something that needs doing. You may be dealing with strong-willed or unusual people - and some of them may not be in a good situation or state. With warrior Mars now in Gemini, the Sun moves to Pisces on Feb 18th, showing the way ahead with career or professional concerns. You will have to step up to the task and interact with authoritative people. Be prepared to communicate and to be versatile in your efforts. As the New Moon comes in Pisces on Feb 28th, a new partnership or partnership cycle goes into motion.

Mercury is in Aquarius, keeping you focused on discussion and activity related to work, health or daily routine. Get organized. Work as part of a team. Stay with the task. Don't be distracted. Attend to detail. Be thorough in your efforts. Don't be hasty or argumentative around Feb 5th. The messenger enters Pisces on Feb 9th, bringing talk with partners or close associates. Discuss your situation. Solicit opinions. Work closely with those you trust. Watch for change or uncertainty as the month ends. Wait rather than leaping ahead.

Setting a Course

Venus the goddess moves forward on Feb 3rd, ending her retrograde cycle but remaining in Capricorn for the balance of the month. Focus on your life and the way you want to live it. Romance will feature. You may return to an interrupted situation. Be socially active. There may be good fortune with money or opportunity in the first half of the month.

Seeing Clearly

If you've found it hard to see ahead or get a grasp of the big picture, if you've had troubles with travel, legal matters or those of foreign birth or other cultures, blame it on Mars. He's had a lengthy stay in Taurus, moving in reverse and clashing with his cosmic companions. The good news is that it's nearly over but you will have to watch for ructions or eruptions in the first week. Coast from there and you can forge ahead at last. Mars moves to Gemini on Feb 17th, urging you to start on a new cycle of professional dealings or responsibilities. Be careful not to clash with those in authority but make sure you present yourself strongly.
