Big Ideas

Conduct, authority and professional concerns are in the frame as the Sun rolls through Virgo at the start. Your responsibilities are on the line, especially as Mercury is reversed in the sign of the Virgin as well. There'll be a dizzy spin on Sep 3 as messages don't get through or the path of true advance is blocked. Look around though and you'll find support or assistance from friends or associates. A sense of harmony is in the air. It'll grow in time, highlighting social or romantic life.

A leaning to privacy, solitude or secret meetings or contacts develops once Venus slips to Scorpio on the Sep 8, just as a New Moon in Virgo sees a refreshed image or schedule with career dealings. There'll be a new round of tasks or people to take on. Whatever you've been pushing for with lifestyle, creativity or romance, you might have to slow down or step back on Sep 9 as Jupiter rides back into Pisces. Look to 2011 for real advance. Ease will return with communications, equipment and travel arrangements as Mercury moves forward on Sep 12.

You'll wade through the waters of confusion on Sep 14 and it's important not to hold your expectations too high. Home or domestic matters will grow from inspiration. Big ideas will seem all too possible. Be judicious and keep your privacy from there as Mars moves into Scorpio. Work towards future developments but don't try to push too quickly. Sep 19 will see important events or people of status around the home. You'll have big plans about domestic expansion or change. There'll be opposition or obstacles in your way as you try to move ahead and you'll have to navigate a tricky course or deal with resistant people.

The Equinox brings The Sun to Libra on Sep 23, making new connections or asking you to shoulder new responsibilities, especially in a group situation. There will be teachings or a program of work to undertake, especially one that gives to a wider group in the community. A Full Moon in Aries follows the same day, bringing emotional surges, or a round of ego-driven excitement with the gloves off. Romantic potential flies through the roof! Sep 27 will pare away dead wood with connections, especially with money. You'll end a cycle with finance.

On the Best Authority

Mercury is in Virgo, reversing, so there may be conflicts with people in authority or professional disagreements over working methods. Watch Sep 3 in particular as you'll encounter a problem you are not seeing clearly. Communication or equipment may be unreliable. Pick your way through with care and discernment until Jul 12, when the busy messenger starts to move forward once more. Underneath the Surface

Venus in Libra at the start focuses on harmonious relationships with friends and group activity with like-minded people. However, the goddess soon slips forward into Scorpio on Sep 8. You may feel like stepping away from the demands of social life. You may meet people in secret for your own purposes. There may be difficulties or uncertainties in the dealings of love and money. Take a little time to reflect on what is going on around you and what people seem to be doing. That way, in time, you'll find your feet and get your social life on track. A great deal of intensity or strong feeling wells up in your circle.

Charging Up

While Mars brings a harmonious atmosphere with your endeavours, encouraging the creative and the spiritual in yourself and in others, there'll soon be a change of mood with the Warrior Planet. Sep 14 will see him slip into Scorpio and your solar twelfth house, putting energy in to the formation of plans and schemes that will take a little time to shape up and move ahead. Don't rush or push but flow along with the hidden power, and don't give your plans away.
